This one was a long time coming!
Ever since we lived in Erie, Pennsylvania and learned about Oliver Hazard Perry and his War of 1812 victory at the Battle of Lake Erie we thought about coming here.
(this picture is a grave we don’t cover in the video…someone distantly related to the infamous Sherman of “Sherman’s March”.
There were some tricky graves to find (we’re looking at you General Warren) but it was all worth it!
Fascinating! I love cemeteries, especially hearing the stories of those buried there. Thank you so much for covering these special gravesites. Great job as always!
