Today I visit the famous graves at the Night of the Living Dead filming location in Evans City Cemetery, just outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
My father was a big fan of this movie and always told me how proud he was that it was made by unknown directors, on a small budget, with a bunch of college students as most of the actors. This movie had a $144k budget and grossed over $30 million in the box office!
It was a first of its kind style movie and is the father of the zombie movie genre that we know today.
