U.S. President William McKinley was assassinated in Buffalo, New York in September of 1901. Theodore Roosevelt was sworn in as the 26th president of the United States at the Ansley Wilcox house that is now a National Park Service site.
We had the opportunity to visit the locations of this historic event and also got a quick tour of the Teddy Roosevelt inaugural site.
